It was a fascist state, then. But boy did the lid (and the tops) come off after Franco died! Tourists were already going topless before that, but after that the Spanish women joined in.

Those Spanish have the juice, all right!! Thanks for giving us the update! Actually....I don't think they were talking about the Spanish in 1943. It's more like the middle west in the 1950s...and on.

Never know where this will all take us in our own year of living dangerously amidst crazed politicians. Hoping we are truly far from Spain though there are too many geared up for a modern Inquisition.
