Following Red Nose's example, I'm gonna post pictures instead of writing much.

She planted that tree her own self when it was about the size of Tom, there, being propped up in the front.
I was talking to cousin Mike today and while on the phone, I gave him my blog address. He was looking at it while we chatted. I then directed him to your blog and he has seen the photo. We had a great chat about being cousins and visiting Grandma and Grandpa Carew. We both love that you posted that photo.

Those are some seriously cute kids! And the candy canes are actually in DC, on North Portal Drive just west of 16th Street and Colesville Road. They're the first decorations that go up on this particular house; by December 1 it's unbelievable!
